These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of verifydindex.com and the Verifyd Index service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Verifyd is a transparency-analysis and information service. We scan research-use-only peptide vendors and grade how much they disclose about their testing and how independently verifiable it is. We grade transparency, not product quality or safety. Verifyd is not a review site, is not a safety certification, and does not test products itself. Nothing on the Service is medical, legal, or investment advice, and we do not endorse or facilitate the human use of research chemicals.
Every score reflects our analysis and opinion based on information that was publicly available as of the report date. Scores are point-in-time snapshots and may not reflect a vendor's current practices. While we apply the same public methodology to every vendor, we do not guarantee that any score, statement, or data is complete, current, or error-free. A low score means little was publicly disclosed or verifiable — not that a product is unsafe or of poor quality.
If you are a vendor, you may claim your scorecard and submit a newer or fuller Certificate of Analysis for a re-scan at any time by contacting appeals@verifydindex.com. If anyone believes information is inaccurate, let us know and we will review and correct it where appropriate.
The grade cannot be bought and is identical regardless of which accredited lab performed a vendor's testing. We may earn referral commissions when a vendor chooses an accredited lab to close a gap, and we license a paid badge to vendors that independently earn Gold Standard — payment never changes an outcome. Verifyd's founder also operates a peptide brand (Vyrex Labs); that relationship is disclosed, and Vyrex is not scored on the same footing as vendors it competes with.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, including its content, methodology, design, and the Verifyd Index name and marks, is owned by us. Vendor names are referenced descriptively (nominative use) for identification and commentary; we do not use vendor logos or imply any endorsement or affiliation.
The Service may link to third-party sites, labs, or resources. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verifyd and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Verifyd harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
